A day in the park with the grand kids!

Chloe not sure of the carousel Maggie at Riverfront park

Maggie and Chloe at the splash pad
Deanne, Maggie and Chloe came up to visit us this past week, and we had a fun day in the park. We went to the Shadle splash pad and
got all wet and then we picked up Mary on her lunch hour and headed to Riverfront park for a ride on the Carousel. It was hot, but we had a wonderful time!

Visiting Camano Island

We always love to visit our favorite Bed and Breakfast resort on Camano Island. The company is especially good, and the food is terrific. The view of the water is amazing, and we even had fresh crab for lunch one day. Dave went out on the water in his blow up kayak to explore the beach. I even got Barbie to go with me on a little ride too.

Enjoying being Grandparents!

Dave and I enjoyed having Maggie and Chloe visit for 4 days while Deanne and Patrick went to Utah. They met up with Katie and Ladd and our two amazing daughters ran a marathon. More power to them!! But in the meantime we got to thoroughly enjoy our two beautiful and fun loving little girls. I should have taken more pictures, but spent too much time just playing and watching them. Look closely at the photo of Mary and the girls. Maggie is fishing with a weeping willow stick in the pool.
